- Proposal & Approach: Based on your requirements, we recommend the best engagement model (Outsourcing, Outstaffing, or Consulting) and outline potential next steps.
2. Talent Sourcing & Shortlisting
We tap into our extensive talent pool to find the perfect match for your requirements.
- Candidate Database: We tap into our pool of vetted Ukrainian & Eastern European IT professionals across a variety of roles.
- Skill & Culture Fit: We review their technical expertise, project experience, communication skills, and availability to ensure alignment with your requirements.
- Shortlist Presentation: We share a curated list of suitable candidates or a proposed team structure, complete with brief bios, skill summaries, and availability details.
3. Interviews & Technical Assessments
Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and technical tests to ensure they meet your standards.
- Scheduling: We coordinate interview times between you and the shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
- Interview Process: You can conduct technical tests or standard video interviews, depending on your preferences.
- Feedback Loop: We gather your feedback after each interview, refine the candidate list if necessary, and address any concerns or requirements.
4. Selection & Agreements
Finalize your choice and complete all necessary paperwork to formalize the engagement.
- Choosing the Right Fit: Once you've identified the best candidate(s), we help finalize the engagement details—working hours, payment terms, and start date.
- Contract & Onboarding Documents: We provide the necessary contracts and legal agreements to ensure a clear, transparent working relationship. This includes NDAs if needed.
- Preparation: We arrange any technical setup (e.g., access to repositories, project management tools, or communication channels).
5. Onboarding & Project Kickoff
Smoothly integrate new team members and establish clear project parameters for success.
- Team Integration: Your new hire(s) or outsourcing team are introduced to your internal processes, tools, and team members.
- Kickoff Meeting: We schedule a session to define goals, milestones, and communication channels. If you're outsourcing, we also assign a dedicated project manager to oversee progress.
